My first oil painting from years ago! It was totally experimental- everything about it is an afterthought. It started as sky, then I added the trees and then finally, the girl. BTW, I remember using a Deviant stock image for the girl, and I can't seem to locate the original stockowner to give credit, so if you know who it is, please say so! I do think the girl I reference for this pose was actually much younger, I aged her in the painting, if that helps you to identify her. Thanks.

I feel the wind, nice perspective and inspiring, the blue of the sky brings deepness to the painting. I never tried oil myself just acrylic, but I think your first try is a success.
